We help our customers grow their business, and you can grow your career with Gemini ! We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team and work with customer provided artwork and get it production ready for use on a variety of promotional products.

SUMMARY:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for preparing graphic artwork for use in a variety of forms and sizes for customer products. They will work on multiple projects in an environment where deadlines and attention to detail are vital. The Graphic Artist prepares production ready artwork in accordance with project specifications and technical standards, and works closely with the customer service and sales teams to ensure the final art meets the client's expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud products to finish artwork files received from clients.
• Edit or update customer created artwork to ensure art files are accurate and ready for production.
• Work closely with customer service and sales teams to achieve final artwork approval from customer.
• Track approved artwork proofs through delivery process to the production team for utilization.
• Transfer and storage of all completed customer files and artwork for future use or reference.
• Communication with customer service, sales, and production to answer any questions about the art and art files.

Note: This is not a graphic/art design role, we work with pre-existing customer created artwork.

CORE SKILLS:

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign).
• Basic knowledge of Corel Draw.
• Organized, detail oriented, and works efficiently within tight deadlines to meet customer needs.
• Self-directed with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School degree required associate's or bachelor's degree (Graphic Design, Art, or related field) preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in graphics or art work.
• Proficient design software skills (Abode Creative Suite and Corel Draw).
• Demonstrated success in completing projects that achieve customer satisfaction.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to move products, materials, or documents up to 15 pounds.
• Ability to walk or navigate production facilities.
• Must wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
