Digital Print Operator - 2nd Shift

We're looking for a Digital Print Operator - 2nd Shift to join our production team. In this role, you'll operate and maintain digital printing equipment to produce high-quality materials on time and to specification. You'll work closely with the team to ensure print quality, color accuracy, and efficient workflow while keeping equipment in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain digital printers, cutters, and finishing machines
• Review files, calibrate equipment, and ensure accurate color and resolution
• Monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
• Prioritize and manage multiple print jobs to meet deadlines
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on equipment

Qualifications:

• High school or GED Equivalent
• Experience in digital print production preferred
• Strong attention to detail and eye for color accuracy
• Familiarity with digital printing equipment and troubleshooting
• Ability to read and follow print specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Manual dexterity for operating and adjusting equipment
• Visual acuity for quality inspection
