Art Assistant

In this role, you'll manage customer communications, process proofs, and ensure efficient order processing. Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers professionally via phone and email.
• Manage proofing process, including sending proofs, processing approvals and revisions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and orders.
• Collaborate with the order entry team to ensure accurate order updates.
• Follow up on proofs, revisions, and artwork status.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain organized records.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic proficiency in office software; training provided as needed.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or art-related experience preferred.
